This year, the Conference will be held at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel, conveniently  located in Baltimore’s  vibrant Harbor East neighborhood.

The 2024 ELA Conference requires an active membership for non-HUD attendees.   If your organization has not paid its 2024 dues, we kindly request that you settle this before proceeding with registration. All registrations will be reviewed and any that do not meet this criteria will be voided. Thank you for your assistance and understanding!

  • Conference Cost:  $600 per attendee 
  • There are a limited number of rooms available at the Marriott, offering reduced rates. Due to high demand, we anticipate that these rooms will fill up quickly.
